Fixes:
-plague made you unable to move, i don't get why so now it just multiplies your fall damage.
-fixed plague being accidentally infinite. whoops.
-reduced the chance that plague damages you.
-made the flea particle smaller and actually gravitationally bound.
added:
-the rat spawn egg now has a tail.
