Ranked Adventurer

Made changes to Stormstep confluence. Added a wing flap to every rank where you can glide (Rank 2-5) Previously the confluence provided an extra flap for rank 3 and 4 but 2 did not have any wing flap so this passive was useless for a full rank. Since rank 1 you cannot glide this was not wasted for rank 1.
