Replaced "blacklistAllUndefinedActivationDimensions" with "blacklistAllUndefinedDimensions" in portal type groups.
The vanilla Nether portal can now only be activated in the Overworld and the Nether by default.
Initial portal locations, coordinate multipliers and entity spawns can now be configured for custom portal types.
Fixed a compatibility issue relating to the RightClickBlock event.
Fixed the portal entity spawn chances being slightly off.
