Allows you to open portals leading to random locations.

1. Adds button in portal gun menu that makes next portal have random coordinates (configurable distance setting)
2. Adds button with randomized portal settings. There you can choose what distance must be for next jump
3. Adds button (in random settings) to enable/disable random dimension when choosing random portal (from 1), but it requires you to have dimension card upgrade to work
4. Infinite dimensions compatibility. Adds button that allows you to open random portal in infinite dimensions (Infinite dimensions mod required)
5. Randomized protocol. Adds fifth (because there is already 4 protocols for how portal gun can work) protocol that makes EVERY next portal you open be randomized, no need to open menu and always click random portal button.
