Added

-'randomiteOreStableWhitelist' added. Configuration Details on the Wiki explains this. This removes the ability to have items drop by chance for now.
-'randomiteOreStableWhitelistNether' added. Same as 'randomiteOreStableWhitelist'.

Changed

-Lowered default 'randomiteSpawnTries' value in World Generation settings.
-Unstable Powder no longer drops from Ores by default.
-Crafting Recipes for Unstable Powder and Randomite Ore have changed.
-A small amount of random code adjustments.
