Random Respawn
Dying in vanilla Minecraft sends you back to the same world spawn every time. Random Respawn changes that. If you die without a bed or respawn anchor set as your spawn point, you respawn at a random safe location in the Overworld instead. Set your spawn with a bed and everything works like vanilla.
How it works
When you respawn, the mod checks whether you actually ended up at your bed or respawn anchor. If you did, nothing happens. If you never set a spawn, or your bed was destroyed or blocked, you get teleported to a random spot around the world spawn. It picks candidate locations and only accepts one with solid ground and two blocks of clear headroom. It skips water, lava, fire, cactus, magma blocks and similar hazards, and it stays inside the world border. If it can't find a safe spot after a number of tries, you just respawn at the normal world spawn. Returning from the End through the portal isn't treated as a death, so it isn't affected.
