Random Weather

Update 1.2.1 for Minecraft 1.12.2

• Weather Timer Balanced: The minimum weather duration is now set to 1 minute (1200 ticks), while the maximum reaches up to 8 hours to ensure smooth and natural transitions.
•  Persistent World Weather: Removed the weather randomization function upon re-entering the world, as it conflicted with the background timer. Weather states now maintain full continuity across game sessions.
• Important Note on Sleeping: Sleeping in a bed will still trigger a weather randomization (similar to the old world-join behavior). However, this is an intentional design choice to prevent the weather from always unfairly resetting to clear skies every time you wake up.
