Added 2 new items:
- The Ender Toolbox, which is a cross between a toolbox and an ender chest.
- The Hand of the Squid, which can right click in a 3x3 area with the item just right of it in the hotbar. This is useful for things like tilling with a hoe or making paths with a shovel.
