Random Generator Block

- Entities can now be blacklisted by categories. (default: ["misc"])

- Items can now be blacklisted using regex. (default: [".*creative.*", ".*command_block.*"])

- Items can now drop in their creative tab variants if there's any.

- Items can now drop enchanted (if enchantable). (minimum power, maximum power and the probability of enchanting on drop are configurable)

- New block: the "green generator" has a chance to whether drop an item or summon an entity (probability is configurable)
