Random Enchant Fix

Fixes issues with enchant functions in loot tables applying unwanted enchantments.
This mod allows modpack developers to remove enchantments from being applied with the minecraft:enchant_with_levels function. By default, this applies a fix for the Dungeons and Taverns datapack, removing some placeholder enchantments only meant to be applied to its custom boss mobs.
