Crafting Minecarts

  1. Minecarts can now be crafted out of steel, iron, and copper.
  2. This will be changed in the future so that there will be 3 different types of basic minecarts as well as more nice ones.

Minecart Speed

  1. A speed command cartSpeed has been added. One can now change the speed from 2 to 18 blocks per second, aka m/s.
  2. The command's parameters are in blocks per tick. One may input a value from 0.1 to 09 bpt.
