Main thing:
- Shay class A18-2 steam locomotive.

Fixes:
- ConcurrentModificationException crashes
- Switchstand (point lever) interacting with the switch even if it's not connected properly
- Dismounting should place the player to the right of the stock now

New config options:
- Skip warning screen
- Skip stock updates
- Spawn smoke
- Allow players to push stock
- Gravity factor

Other:
- Kill stock button removed in favor of vanilla /kill command
- Added "stock" tag for the rolling stock entities for the sake of easier selection
