Kernel:
+ fixed the low speed sync issue (which made stock to jump back and forth) added a couple builds ago.

Physics:
+ implemented first iteration of brake physics. It's crude and working, but not exactly nice. Second iteration of brake physics will perform way better and will be implemented after the wheel slip physics is added.

For now, only manual screw brake is supported on some of the rolling stock. Default keys to apply / release brakes are O / P. Brake handle / wheel is animated, as well as couple of more parts. Rest of the brake linkage will be animated later on. Continuous brakes are planned in further updates.

Content:
+ Added the Güterwagen Gww (Deutsche Reichsbahn narrow-gauge boxcar), modelled by DAYdiecast and backed by LÖÖPS. 

Right now this boxcar isn't functional. It's only purpose is aesthetics. Functionality features will be added later, when the tracks and train physics are done.
