Raid Tracker

First release.

• The raid boss bar shows the running wave, the total number of waves (including the bonus wave) and the raiders left, for example Raid - Wave 2/5 - 7 raiders left.
• Between waves it shows Raid - Wave 2/5 cleared.
• When half of the current wave or less is left alive, the remaining raiders glow, so the last pillager hiding behind a house is easy to find.
• Server-side only: players join with a vanilla client and still see everything.
• Texts and the glowing threshold are configurable in config/raidtracker-server.toml.
