What's new

Added

  • Explosions now throw bodies that are already lying nearby, not just the bodies of whatever they kill. Bodies behind cover get thrown less, and several blasts at once throw a body no harder than one would.
  • Pistons now push bodies out of the way, and so do the blocks they're pushing. The body tumbles on a little after the piston stops. If a wall is in the way, the body is pushed out to the side or up over the block instead.
  • New Explosions Push Ragdolls, Pistons Push Ragdolls, and Knockback Pushes Live Ragdolls settings. All three are on by default.
  • API additions to support Ragdollified Reactions

Fixed

  • Hitting a player who is ragdolled but still alive now knocks their body back. Before, nothing happened. The part nearest where you hit is the part that moves. Only addons can ragdoll a living player, so this only matters if you use one.
  • Bodies no longer get stuck inside a piston or the block it's pushing.
  • Creeper legs now stay attached where they belong. Each leg was hinged on the wrong side of the body, and the front and back legs were swapped, so the legs swung out from odd spots.
  • Creeper bodies now match the size of the creeper you see, and no longer float above the ground when lying down.
  • Creepers no longer sometimes drop from half a block up when they die.
  • The hit that kills a creeper now pushes the part you actually hit.
  • (1.20.1) Creeper legs were too long.
  • Player and mob legs no longer sometimes start in the wrong place after death, especially when dying while crouching.
  • Mobs with custom models from resource packs or other mods no longer bend their legs from the middle instead of the hip.
  • Modded mobs no longer create ragdolls unless humanoid

Removed

  • Bodies no longer copy exactly where each arm, leg, and head was at the moment of death, only the angle it was bent at.
