"The Software" means this project, including its source code, assets,
configuration, and documentation. "The Author" means Raiiiden and Zarra
Studios, which are the same rights holder acting individually and as an
organization.

The Software is not open source. Except as expressly permitted below, no
person is granted any right to use, copy, modify, merge, publish,
distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works of the Software.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Author.

1. PERMITTED USE

You may download, install, and run the Software for personal use,
including on private or public Minecraft servers, and you may include it
in a modpack provided the Software is distributed unmodified and the
Author is credited. You may view and fork the source code on the hosting
platform for the purpose of preparing contributions under Section 2, or
for private study and personal, non-distributed modification. You may not
publicly distribute modified builds, reuploads, or derivative works
except under Sections 3 and 4, or with the Author's written permission.

2. CONTRIBUTIONS

Contributions are welcome and encouraged. Bug reports, feature requests,
pull requests, translations, assets, and documentation are all accepted.

By submitting a contribution, you grant the Author a perpetual,
worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use,
reproduce, modify, sublicense, and distribute that contribution as part
of the Software under this or any later license the Author applies to the
Software. You confirm that you have the right to grant this. You retain
copyright in your own contribution, and you will be credited in the
project's contributor records.

3. DORMANCY GRANT

If all of the following are true for a continuous period of twelve (12)
months, the Software becomes available for use and forking under the
terms in Section 4:

   (a) no commit, release, or tag has been published to the project's
       GitHub repository; and
   (b) no file or version update has been published to the project's
       CurseForge page and no file or version update has been published
       to the project's Modrinth page; and
   (c) the Author has not publicly stated that the project is paused,
       maintained, or otherwise still active.

The twelve month period is measured per project. Activity on other
projects by the Author does not reset it. Any qualifying activity listed
above resets the period to zero and ends any dormancy in progress, but
does not retroactively revoke work already lawfully published under
Section 4.

4. TERMS OF THE DORMANCY GRANT

Once Section 3 is satisfied, you may use, modify, and distribute the
Software and derivative works of it, subject to these conditions:

   (a) CREDIT. You must clearly and visibly credit "Raiiiden / Zarra
       Studios" as the original author, name the original project, and
       link to its original GitHub repository. The credit must appear in
       your source repository, in your distribution page description, and
       in this license file, which must be included in full with all
       copies or substantial portions of the Software.

   (b) NO COMPETING FORKS. A fork published to continue maintenance,
       compatibility, or porting of a dormant project is permitted. A
       fork published to draw users away from the original project is
       not, whether by rebranding the Software, by removing or obscuring
       the credit required by 4(a), or by presenting the fork as an
       independent work rather than a continuation. If the original
       project resumes activity, you may continue to maintain and
       distribute your existing fork, but you must state on your
       distribution pages that the original project is active again and
       link to it.

   (c) NO RESALE. You may not sell the Software or derivative works of
       it, place it behind a paywall, or gate access to it through early
       access, subscriptions, or advertising link shorteners.

   (d) SURVIVING TERMS. Sections 4 and 6 apply to your derivative works.
       You may not relicense the Software or its derivatives under terms
       more permissive than this license.

5. EXCEPTIONS AND PERMISSION

If you want to do something this license does not permit, ask. The Author
is generally willing to grant permission, including for uses that Section
4 would otherwise restrict. Requests may be sent by Discord to
"Raiiiden." or raised as an issue on the project's GitHub repository.
Permission is only granted when given in writing by the Author, and any
grant applies only to the person and use described in it.

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN
NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR
OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE
USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. TERMINATION

Any use outside the permissions granted here terminates your rights under
this license automatically. Rights may be restored by the Author in
writing.
