Keep Fresh Animations on your living mobs without broken-looking ragdolls.
This client-side compatibility addon for Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge connects the Sable ragdoll setup with Fresh Animations through EMF. It addresses issues such as glass-like textures, missing model sections, and distorted mob ragdolls.
How it works
When a supported mob ragdolls, the addon uses a separate vanilla model and Minecraft’s original base texture for its ragdoll appearance. Living mobs retain Fresh Animations, and recovered mobs return to their normal animated appearance.
The patch affects mob ragdolls only. It does not change player ragdolls or globally disable your resource packs.

Known limitations
A brief visible model change may occur when entering or leaving ragdoll.
Some modded mobs, custom renderers, or equipment layers may not be supported.
Existing ragdolls may retain previously captured broken geometry. Test with newly spawned mobs after installation.
Ragdolls intentionally use vanilla visuals rather than preserving Fresh Animations’ custom appearance.
