Feature: Added the CurseUpdateProtocol, written by MCGamer20000.
Feature: RadixMath can now generate a number in a range with deviation.
Technical: Packets can now be stored in a queue for processing on the main game thread (as it was in 1.7.10) rather than on a network thread. Fixes some oddities that would be difficult to reproduce should they arise.
