Release 0.1.1 - The Nuclear Rain Update

Welcome to the official first release of Radioactive Rain! This mod turns standard storms into a brutal, atmospheric struggle for survival.

Features:

• The Radiation Storm: Rain is no longer safe. Getting caught under the open sky during a storm will infect you with a deadly, evolving radiation sickness. Find shelter or head underground to stay safe.
• Three Tiers of Sickness:
  • Level 0: You slow down, your arms feel like lead (Mining Fatigue), and you begin to glow faintly.
  • Level 1: Severe weakness kicks in, and the screen-warping nausea begins.
  • Level 2: Complete physical breakdown. Your vision violently distorts, and you take massive, recurring internal damage.
• Immersive Atmosphere: Sudden downpours are now accompanied by drifting toxic spore clouds, heavy falling ash particles, and unsettling ambient rumbles.
• Custom Death Messages: Succumb to the elements and the chat will let the whole server know you melted away in the wasteland.
• Admin Toggle: Server owners can easily toggle the mechanic on or off on the fly using the /radtoggle command, featuring a clean action bar notification.
