What's new

### Radioactive v3.6.0
- Added `radiation_protection` potion effect: prevents any irradiation
- Added `radiation_cure` potion effect: cures radiation over time (20 RAD/s per level)
- Added config to turn off the sound of curative items `shut_up_cures`
- Added effect to make entities extra sensitive to radiation `radiosensitivity`: Level 1 is 100% more danger, level 2 is 200%  level 3 is 300% more etc
