QuietPause for Fabric

QuietPause adds a true pause feature to multiplayer servers.

Instead of asking everyone to stop playing or shutting down the server, you can pause the entire game instantly. Players can't move or interact with the world, mobs and redstone stop, world time freezes, and gameplay resumes with a short countdown when you're ready.

It's perfect for private SMPs, co-op worlds, manhunts, minigames, or any server where everyone occasionally needs a quick break.

Commands

/p or /f — Toggle the server pause.

/quietpause public — Allow any player to pause the game.

/quietpause admin — Restrict pausing to administrators.

Developer API

QuietPause includes APIs for Paper and Fabric, allowing plugins and mods to detect, trigger, or respond to pause and resume events.
