infrastructure including screenshot.rest and quicksnap.pics are the exclusive
intellectual property of rzr.

PERMITTED:
- You may include this mod in modpacks provided the modpack is free to download
  and the mod is included unmodified in its original distributed form.
- You may use the mod for personal use.

PROHIBITED:
- Reuploading or redistributing the mod jar or any part of it outside of the
  above modpack exception, on any platform, with or without modification.
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to extract the
  source code or any proprietary logic from this mod, including but not limited
  to authentication mechanisms, upload logic, or key material.
- Publishing modified versions of this mod under any name.
- Claiming any part of this mod, its design, or its infrastructure as your
  own work.
- Using any part of this mod's code, assets, or infrastructure as a basis
  for a competing or derivative product.
- Accessing, scraping, or abusing the associated services (screenshot.rest,
  quicksnap.pics) in any unauthorized manner.

DATA & NETWORK DISCLOSURE:
This mod is client-side only and makes outbound network requests solely when
you choose to use its upload or sharing features. Specifically:

- When you upload a screenshot using the screenshot.rest provider, the image
  is transmitted to and stored on screenshot.rest, a service operated by rzr.
  Uploaded images are publicly accessible via their direct URL.
- When any upload or clipboard copy action completes, the mod sends an
  anonymous usage count (provider name only, no image data, no personal
  information) to screenshot.rest for aggregate statistics displayed on
  quicksnap.pics. No identifying information is collected or stored.
- When using third-party providers (Litterbox, Imgur, or a custom endpoint),
  your image is sent directly to that provider and is subject to their own
  terms of service. rzr has no control over third-party providers.
- The mod does not collect usernames, UUIDs, IP addresses, or any personally
  identifiable information.

CONTENT POLICY:
By uploading content to screenshot.rest you confirm the content is your own
and does not violate any applicable laws or platform policies. rzr reserves
the right to remove any uploaded content at any time without notice.

UPDATES & AVAILABILITY:
rzr reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update the mod or its
associated services at any time without notice. Continued use of the mod
constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

Unauthorized redistribution may be reported to the relevant platform for
removal under the DMCA or equivalent copyright law.

This mod and its associated services are provided as-is with no warranty of
any kind. The author is not liable for any damages arising from use of this
mod or its services.
