What's new
-added a new Item: the Gunpowdered Slime Ball
- It will bounce a few times before sticking to a surface
- If it touches fire, it will explode in a small explosion
- It is currently creative only, because I don't know if I'm happy with it
-added a damage config for Barrel Blast, Tactical Crossbow and Netherite Hand Plate
-made arrows from the Cocktail Bolt enchantment much more consistend and accurate, they are now equally as accurate as normal arrows, but do a bit less damage
-adjusted the shoot cooldown of a Tactical Crossbow, that is enchanted with Precision, from 3 to 6 ticks
