Nodes that Quick Craft can't craft will show the workstation they come from (like furnace for smelting and modded machines) Items with several sources will cycle through the icon of the stations.

Fixed client and server picking different items for the same ore-dictionary ingredient.
Fixed catalyst recipes making crafting trees that were extremely unnecessary.
Fixed loops being reinstated by a fallback.
Fixed the end result item's own EMC value was being counted in the tree.
