Enhances FTB Quests editing with clipboard image pasting, chapter canvas text, and entity model previews for quests and kill tasks.

What's new
- Added Minimum Completed Tasks: complete any configured number of objectives to finish a quest. Set it to 0 to retain the original FTB Quests completion rules.
- Added task-count progress display, persistent settings, and network synchronization. Unfinished objective progress is preserved.
- Lowering the requirement reevaluates existing team progress without revoking quests that are already complete.
- Added QuestUtils.getMinimumTaskCount and QuestUtils.setMinimumTaskCount with string and numeric quest IDs.
