Adds random crits which are configurable with gamerules. for minecraft version 1.19

Every time an entity/player takes damage, there is a certain percent chance (default of 13%) that the damage will be critical, and critical damage will deal a certain percent more damage as well as extra true damage which ignores armor.

A shielding player can also be crit by any melee attack (not just axes), it will do no damage but will disable the shield.

When a crit happens the anvil hit sound will play at the mob/player that was hit

gamerules configure the:

Percent chance a crit will happen (default 13%)

Percent chance a crit will disable a shield (default 15%)

Percent increase in damage from a crit (default 50%)

Amount of true damage inflicted by a crit (default 2, aka 1 heart)

Absolutely any damage on any living entity can crit, (even the /kill command LOL)

The crits are seperate from jump crits, but damage still does stack with them
