Version 1.4 Official Release

Here's what's new compared to version 1.3:

Added the Reinforced Quartz Block. Its current texture is still unpolished.
Added the Reinforced Quartz Armor set. Its defense values are temporarily on par with Netherite Armor, and will be rebalanced in future updates.
