To record your findings you use the Anomolical Journal (ah-noh-mol-i-cal). This unifies all the things you have found in the form of Discoveries. Discoveries are progressively unlocked and follow a 'tech-tree' per-say. Discovery is done through educated-guessing and trial and error (do first, get explanation later)
Each block and item of Quantum Anomalies is a custom 3D model, slowly glowing in and out, and customizable to your choice. These models have been optimized to have minimal framerate lag, so don't worry.
Useful items like the refined Rift Magnet and Rift Pencil have unique properties. I won't spoil too much, that's for you to find out.
