What's new

Added configurable/customizable tabs, that allows users and creators to easily make their own creative tabs. Example can be found here: https://gist.github.com/Zerotiger/d6d98fdd5e260a491c1e4b4f1bd58dd2

These tabs can either be made in the config itself or using .qotab files, which are hosted on a server or downloaded by the user and put into .minecraft/config/QualityOrderCustomTabs
