Added a way to increase the chance of quality items

 

Added fertilizer, using it on a farmland block will convert it to a quality farmland:

 

Iron Farmland: Iron Quality 50%

Gold Farmland: Gold Quality 50% Iron Quality 35%

Diamond Farmland: Diamond Quality 50% Gold Quality 35% Iron Quality 20%
