Quad adds a load of new tags and edits recipes to add more control to the player and to create easier mod support.

Main Features

Fire Aspect lighting tnt, creepers, campfires and candles (versions for before 1.21).
Obsidian based & Nether wood items won't burn in Fire/Lava (like netherite items).
Frost Walker prevents sinking in Powdered Snow (versions for before 1.21).
Crying Obsidian being used in a Nether Portal (with nether_portal_frame).
Cats and Dogs become instantly tameable with 1 food item in Creative mode.
