What's Changed

• dashboard: hold the welcome book, rtp and kit save routes to validate before assigning, so a rejected save cannot flip a feature flag, and make the book editor refuse a link the game will not accept (363a6ef7)
• Refactored timelapse feature to follow web standards and addressed performance bugs. cache frames in the browser behind a signed per-dim token and stream the export zip instead of buffering it to a temp file (e6e1c7b0)
• config: stop ConfigIO.save() writing factory defaults over fields it has no copy line for, retire the chat filter's config import queue with a one-shot migration, and drop the slurs and prose arrows from the filter's comments (6050821a)
• readme + mod metadata: split the panel tab table by feature gating, correct the bluemap_enable default, drop the placeholder fabric suggests entry, and pin the neoforge minecraft range to 26.2 (1a0cab07)
• hardcore: restore the survival stash on respawn instead of into a dying player, so a session-ending death drops like any other on both loaders, plus a README config defaults pass (01fdadc2)
• keepinv: give the mod ownership of the keep_inventory gamerule in both directions, and make an opted-out death match vanilla, harcore now sets time to day on session start. (6cd7a20a)
• panel: make the public header's pixel sky follow the server's in-game day time (50e84aff)
• skills: make a silk-touched spawner keep its mob type when a survival player places it (91bedca3)
• panel: rewrite the feature card copy, collapse the cards, and line up every config row on one right edge (51a02a26)
• features: add toggles for keep inventory, teleport, custom dimensions and backups, plus a Welcome Sidebar card, and stop the join greeting sending an empty line when blanked (1b4240d2)
• panel: add Anti-Xray and Timelapse feature cards, fix tab gating on passwordless servers, and gate every timelapse capture path on its config flag (2a791bc3)
