Fixes/Changes:
- Compound Enchantments now combine additively in an anvil
- The level price for combining Compound Enchantments in an anvil has been relatively balanced
- The levels gained from Compound Enchantments during corruption has been relatively balanced
- Lucky Miner is no longer incompatible with Fortune and Silk Touch
- Lightning Bound will now be corrupted by Nightblood
- Fixed Enchanted Books not corrupting
- Fixed a typo in an enchantment name
