Changes:
- Replaced the 3D drill model with 2D particles
- Adjusted the position of the monocle on the player's head
- Improved perception of drill hitboxes
- Drill-bullets can no longer cause existing drills to explode when fired at them.
- The damage scaling for the monocle is now smoother
