Vault Modifier Overlays - Adds text to the Vault Modifier icons inside vaults.
Adds an emerald storage slot to the Vault Enchanter. Can store millions of emeralds, like other Vault tool stations.
Shows all available levels (including overlevels) in the description tab. Also note at the bottom, specializations are now aware of each other and you can level up/down within each specialization tab itself
Takes into account any CDR modifiers on gear
Fixes missing description text from the base game
Fixes broken characters
Improves description text for Researches, and notifies if there are conditions for the unlock (in yellow at the bottom)
