This project contains two categories of content: a free tier and paid-tier
components. The following license terms apply depending on which part of the
project you are using.

SECTION 1 — FREE TIER LICENSE (MIT)

The free tier of IFOM is licensed under the MIT License:

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of
the free-tier portion of this software and associated documentation files (the
"Software"), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without
limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute,
sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom
the Software is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions:

The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all
copies or substantial portions of the free-tier Software.

THE FREE-TIER SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

SECTION 2 — PAID TIER LICENSE (SVCL — SOURCE-VISIBLE COMMERCIAL LICENSE)

Paid-tier components of IFOM are proprietary and licensed, not sold. By
downloading, installing, modifying, or using any paid-tier component, you agree
to the following terms:

1. Grant of License
   Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable
   license to:
   - run paid-tier components on servers owned or operated by you;
   - view and modify paid-tier components for your own private use only.

2. Private Modification
   You MAY modify paid-tier components only for private use.
   Modified paid-tier components:
   - may NOT be shared,
   - may NOT be redistributed,
   - may NOT be published,
   - may NOT be sold,
   - may NOT be used to create derivative public works.

3. Redistribution Prohibited
   You may NOT:
   - redistribute paid-tier components,
   - redistribute modified paid-tier components,
   - share paid-tier components with other users or servers,
   - upload paid-tier components publicly,
   - include paid-tier components in any public or commercial package.

4. Paid Content Protection
   You may NOT:
   - bypass licensing or authentication systems,
   - remove or tamper with license enforcement,
   - access paid-tier features without a valid purchase,
   - redistribute any paid-tier content or components.

5. Reverse Engineering
   You may NOT decompile, reverse engineer, or extract proprietary algorithms
   for any purpose other than private compatibility inspection.

6. Ownership
   All intellectual property rights for paid-tier components remain the
   exclusive property of PhaseZero Labs. No rights are transferred except those
   explicitly stated.

7. Termination
   Any violation of this license terminates your rights to use paid-tier
   components immediately. Upon termination, you must cease all use of paid-tier
   components.

8. Commercial Use
   You may NOT use paid-tier components to provide paid optimisation or hosting
   services unless you hold a valid commercial service agreement with
   PhaseZero Labs.

SECTION 3 — CLARIFICATION
----------------------------------------------------------------------

- The MIT License applies ONLY to the free-tier portion of IFOM.
- The SVCL applies ONLY to paid-tier components.
- Paid-tier components are NOT open-source and NOT covered by MIT.
- Free-tier components remain fully open-source under MIT.

By using IFOM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to
the appropriate license terms for the tier you are using.
