Updated the mod to bring it more in line with 1.14.4 and the release version of Forge

- Gave the urn a more detailed bounding box

- Moved config from server to common

- Changed dimension config from integer id to string id, as integer ids are now different per installation

- Rewrote urns to use item handler capabilities, so they should be more compatible with pipes from other mods

- Cleaned up a bunch of stuff
