- `ConfigurationVerifier`: Updates to PWEM configurations? No problem! PWEM will now automagically add missing configurations (yes, even if you accidently deleted them!) on startup.
- New Configuration(s): `pellets` for `KS23`

- New Configuration(s): `pellets` for `Origin12`
- New Configuration(s): `pellets` for `Remington870`

Fixes / Back-End
