with this mod ("the Mod") remain the property of PuppyHailey. This license

2. MODPACK PERMISSION

You are granted permission to include and redistribute an unmodified,
officially released copy of the Mod's compiled JAR file as part of a
Minecraft modpack, including modpacks distributed through services such as
Modrinth, CurseForge, or similar platforms.

Modpack creators do not need to request additional permission to include
the unmodified Mod.

3. REDISTRIBUTION

You may redistribute the original, unmodified Mod JAR solely for purposes
of allowing users to use the Mod as part of a Minecraft modpack.

You may not claim the Mod as your own work.

4. MODIFICATION

You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute modified
versions of the Mod without explicit written permission from PuppyHailey.

5. STANDALONE REDISTRIBUTION

You may not redistribute the Mod as a standalone download on another
website, platform, launcher, or repository without explicit permission
from PuppyHailey.

Users should obtain the Mod from its official project page whenever
possible.

6. COMMERCIAL USE

You may not sell the Mod itself, its source code, or modified versions of
the Mod without explicit written permission from PuppyHailey.

This restriction does not prohibit a modpack from being distributed
through a platform that monetizes downloads or displays advertisements,
provided that the Mod itself is not being sold as a standalone product.

7. PROJECT IDENTITY

The name, branding, project identity, and associated assets of the Mod
remain the property of PuppyHailey.

You may not present a modified or unofficial version as the official Mod.

The source code is provided for reference and development purposes only.
No rights to copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the source code are
granted except where explicitly stated in this license.

9. TERMINATION

Any rights granted by this license terminate automatically if you violate
its terms.

is not responsible for damage, data loss, crashes, or other issues
