  neutrality (Gold+), permanent Fire Resistance (Netherite)
- Proportional plate wear and ricochet chance at low damage thresholds
- Unbreaking/Mending only enchant restriction

LAST STAND
- Tactical Vest (Painted) grants a once-per-day death-cheat mechanic
- Strength II / Speed II / Resistance II / Regeneration for 10 seconds
- Post-effect Hunger II penalty
- Fully configurable, including the sound toggle

ADVANCEMENT
- "Let me tell you something" for wearing the complete set
