Psitweaks: QoL

This is a mod that separates the client-side QoL features from Psitweaks.
Psitweaks: QoL is a standalone extraction of the client-side QoL features included in Psi: Tweaks and Additions. You do not need to install both mods.
It primarily provides the following features:
- Bookmarking for Spell Pieces
- Multi-select copy/cut/paste for Pieces
- Ability to search for Spell Pieces by their English names, regardless of the current language
