THIRD-PARTY COMPATIBILITY & INTEROPERABILITY NOTICE

1. SCOPE OF LICENSE
The MIT License above applies exclusively to original contributions,
architecture, bytecode transformers, runtime adapters, stub implementations,
and integration code authored by the Pryzma project contributors.
2. INTEROPERABILITY & REVERSE ENGINEERING
Pryzma is an independent compatibility engine designed to restore and
maintain visual shaderpack and resourcepack functionality within modern
modding runtimes.
Portions of compatibility interfaces, format specifications, and runtime
adapters are developed and included strictly for the purpose of technical
interoperability, in accordance with recognized statutory reverse engineering
and interoperability provisions, including:
- United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 107 - Fair Use for Interoperability;
Sega Enterprises Ltd. v. Accolade, Inc.; Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. v.
Connectix Corp.);
- European Union Directive 2009/24/EC, Article 6 (Decompilation for Interoperability);
3. NO CLAIM TO PREDECESSOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The contributors claim no copyright or proprietary ownership in underlying
third-party shaderpack standards, legacy resource pack formats, or external
game assets. All trademarks, format identifiers, and intellectual property
belong to their respective rights holders.
4. NON-AFFILIATION
Pryzma is an independent community open-source project and is not affiliated
with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation,
or the developers of predecessor visual modifications.
5. RIGHTS HOLDER CONTACT & GOOD FAITH RESOLUTION
In the event that any copyright holder identifies material in this repository
that they believe infringes upon their rights, they are encouraged to contact
the repository maintainer via project contact channels or repository issues.
