Prolong

📖 Description Prolong is a lightweight Forge mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 that adds a new command /buff, allowing players to extend the duration and increase the level of their existing potion effects on the fly.

Whether you're using vanilla effects like Strength and Speed, or effects added by other mods, Prolong handles them all seamlessly through Minecraft's registry system. Note: This mod does not enforce a hard cap on potion effect levels. It is strongly recommended that you set appropriate level limits (using the ex parameter) to prevent numerical overflow, which may cause abnormal behavior or game crashes.

📜 Command Usage Basic format:

/buff extend <target> <effect> add <seconds> <levels>

With limits:

/buff extend <target> <effect> add <seconds> <levels> ex <addedtime_limit> <level_limit>

Parameters:

📜 指令用法

基础格式：

/buff extend <目标> <效果ID> add <秒数> <等级>

带上限格式：

/buff extend <目标> <效果ID> add <秒数> <等级> ex <增加的时间上限> <等级上限>

参数说明：
