First release.
Place an EMC Interface and anything that reads a standard IItemHandler can spend
and earn your ProjectE EMC.
Verified in game against AE2 Storage Bus, Refined Storage 2 External Storage,
Mekanism Logistical Transporter, vanilla hoppers, Entangled and Pipez. Two
consumers on one account at the same time were also tested: no duplication, no
EMC loss.
Requires ProjectE 1.1.0+.
Read before putting one on a server: IItemHandler carries no action source, so
anyone who can reach the block can spend the owner's EMC. Place them inside
protected areas only.
Not supported: TeamProjectE sharing, AE2/RS autocrafting, atomicity between an
external inventory and the EMC account.
Marked Beta because the compatibility matrix passed on one machine against
pinned versions and this has had no exposure to other people's packs yet.
