Ichijo [MMPL_J] 
　This license is a "Minecraft Mod Public License" (MMPL) (original: http: //tsoft-web.com/nokiyen / minecraft / modding / MMPL) and its extension, it is called "Minecraft Mod Public License Japanese Translation" (MMPL_J). 

Nijo [composition and effect] 
　MMPL_J consists of A. preface, B. translation. When MMPL_J is used as a license, both A and B are effective as a license unless otherwise indicated. 

Sanjo [Effectiveness of B] 
　B. Translation is a translation part of MMPL and has meaning equivalent to MMPL. B. Any translation mistakes in the translation will be invalid and the relevant part of the MMPL will be applied instead. 

Shijo [Edition] 
　B. Translation is a translation of MMPL Version 1.0.1.

0. Definition 
-------- 

Minecraft: refers to a copy of a game called Minecraft with Mojang AB licensed. 

User: Everyone involved in the software in one of the following ways. 
- Play 
- Decompile
- Recompile or compile 
- Modify 
- Distribute 

Mod: It is a code for game extension, which in source or binary form, it is singly obtained, it is a part of a larger distribution, or original Source or modified source compiled. 

Dependency: the code required for the mod to function properly. This includes the dependencies required to compile the code and all files or modifications explicitly or implicitly required for the mod to function. 


1. Scope

This license applies to all users of the mod. As a prerequisite, the user must have a copy of Minecraft that was legally acquired correctly. 


2. Responsibility 
-------- 

This mod, whether implied or not, is offered without warranty "the current one". The owner of the mod has no responsibility for any damage incurred by using the mod. The mod modifies the fundamental part of the game Minecraft, and a part of Minecraft may not work due to the introduction of the mod. All damages caused by the use or misuse of such mod shall be borne by the user.

All licenses for the distribution of this mod must remain MMPL.

All dependencies that the mod has in other Mods and classes must be licensed under conditions equivalent to the current version of MMPL. However, this does not apply to the framework that reads Minecraft code and Mod (ModLoader, ModLoaderMP, Bukkit, etc.). 

Files containing modified versions of binary and source, as well as files containing parts obtained by duplicating such mod, shall be distributed under the terms of this license.
