Spawner Behaviour Patch for developers~

- Fixed faction spawn eggs so using them on a spawner configures the spawner to keep spawning that NPC faction/model (full spawner support).

- Fixed spawner-spawned Humanoid NPCs spawning naked/unarmed; they now properly apply the configured faction loadout (armor/weapons) and stats like egg spawns.
