Balance & Gameplay Changes

Pan reworked:
Can now be used to smelt ores
Cooking food is now faster
Can now cook Rotten Flesh into Steak (50% success rate)
Smelted food has a 10% chance to turn into Ash
Mobs now have a 10% chance to spawn with "Hope," granting them minor stat boosts
Increased ore detection range for Glasses
Nerfed Determination's after-death boosts

Bug Fixes
