Project MMO XP Bottles!

This is a complete remake of the mod remove datavalues and using actual API of PMMO to add skill values to bottles

1.  Values are now handled with pmmo api thanks to the DEV of PMMO! Caltinor!, the value of the bottle will display in tool tip.
2.  Full and empty bottles will spawn in chests
3.  Bottles only fill to the value of the bottle and you need equal to or greater than the amount to refill bottle
4.  Creative inventory will have all the bottles with a default value of 1500xp
5.  if you are op you can /give yourself a bottle with an value amount and that bottle will be set to that amount with this command
   example: /give @p pmmo_xp_bottle:endurance{amount:1500} 1 (replace amount with the amount you want)
6.  You can run a /datapack disable pmmo_xp_bottles to remove xp bottles from vanilla loot
