2.0.0 Release

-There are now more texture options: Skill Books (normal) and Insignias. 

-Multi skill optional skill books! You now specify a list of skills instead of a single skill when making a skill book / insignia. If only a single skill is in the list it will behave as normal and grant the skills effect immediately. If multiple skills are in the list (max of 4) it will open a screen to choose one of the skills to gain the skill in instead.
