Adds skill books that add xp or levels to all the basic Project MMO skills. It also allows you to create custom skill books that grant up to 4 options.

Contains all features from the 1.21.1 port.
There have been a few breaking changes from the previous versions. Skill books that exist in the wild will need to be regenerated including the new nbt values.
Classes were removed entirely. They will be in a new stand alone mod that will release in the next day or two.
You can now have a book that gives you the option of up to 4 skills. When the book is used it will have the player select a skill and then confirm to gain xp or levels in that skill, consuming the book.
There are many more texture options, now including insignias as well as skill book textures.
